New Patients
The road to a strong patient-provider relationship starts with great communication at your first visit.
The first visit for our new patients is focused around your primary concerns and getting to know you. Whether it’s tooth pain, a desire to brighten your smile or being overdue for a cleaning and exam, we are here to listen. The initial exam will likely include a review of medical and dental history, X-rays and general consultation and an exam with the dentist to come up with an individualized treatment plan to address your dental needs. We understand some patients may be anxious and apprehensive about seeing the dentist, but our team is here to put you at ease and make your experience as comfortable as possible. We are excited you have taken the first step to becoming a part of our dental family.
Insurance:
We are currently in network with most PPO Insurances including Delta PPO, Metlife PPO, Guardian PPO, Aetna PPO, Superior PPO, Liberty PPO. We are also in network for some plans with Cigna, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual, Principal, Humana, Ameritas, Anthem, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, GEHA and Medicare Plans. With so many differing plans under each insurance provider, we ask that you please call your insurance company to confirm your plan is accepted at our office.
Out of Network coverage:
If we are not “in-network” with your insurance plan, we still may accept your insurance! As an “out-of-network” provider, we will still accept your insurance with a portion of the remaining balance coming out of pocket from the patient. Please call our office with any questions!
